It's since the 2005 that we, Massimo and Silvia, keep you company!
From when we decided to open this restaurant to leave our imprint in Venice. Dedicated to young and casual people but at the same time to an adult and rafinated public, both with the only purpose: to provide good food at a fair price. Our philosophy is client satisfaction at all times of the day. For this reason we start very early in the morning serving our coffee.
The day at Impronta Café begins at 7 am.
Breakfast with a tasteful just cooked homemade croissant served with a good cup of coffee or a decorated cappuccino. Accompanied by a always friendly atmosphere, until lunch time that starts at about 11.00... a quick snack, a good sandwich, a piadina or a club sandwich to arrive at noon.

The menu is traditional for those people that know our dishes, or as alternative we propose a daily Menu, changing it every day for those guests who want to enjoy creative dishes prepared with our full attention to seasonality.
At lunch the speed of serving is our brandmark, where the dishes are always unique, plentiful and served until late... It's already 3 pm when someone is enjoying a delicious tea or a hot chocolate. Impronta Café becomes a Tea Room where you can taste our rich selections of teas and chocolates.
Finally we arrive at the Must of the day:
It start the time of the aperitif with our Improntaspritz or a variety of selected wines by the glass including our famous Franciacorta; or a classic sparkling Prosecco accompanied by culinary delicatessen home made served along our long bank. Fingerfood tastings until when you like... often people stop at Impronta Café simply for a drink and finish to enjoy a dinner by us, in fact at 18.30 the lights becomes softer, the atmosphere change and everything is transformed ...
In a moment Impronta Café becomes Impronta Restaurant.
Everything around is getting more intimate and more romantic with the candle lights. The chef will suggest you every night different traditional dishes, reinterpretated with his creativity and inventive. Highlighting seasonal products and the first fruits of the period, combined with wise, fantasy and attention. At any time you can always eat whatever you desire.
Until when it arrives Midnight...
At that hour there is still someone enjoying a dessert, a cognac, a rum or in the summer nights a mojito, because the atmosphere has already been done and relaxing lounge music is surrounding everything.
